Orders typically take 1 – 2 business days to process before the order is released to the warehouse. This excludes weekends, holidays, and all other non-working days. Orders placed after 13:00 MST will be processed the next business day.

Due to rapidly fluctuating inventory levels, some items from your order may be partially or completely out of stock. Typically, the manufacturing lead times will be less than 1 week for common products and 1-2 weeks for limited stock uncommon products.

On checkout, please select the "Purchase Order" payment option. When our customer support team contacts you to complete the order, we will provide you with multiple invoices split by manufacturer so you may issue a PO# and details for all the relevant manufacturers.
The individual manufacturers will each provide their own invoice. We will coordinate with the manufacturers to ensure you receive the invoice immediately.Once our customer support contacts you to confirm the order, we will provide multiple invoices split by manufacturer. The products from manufacturers in which you do not have an account will be grouped onto one invoice for payment via any of our other secure payment methods.
Depending on the order and your relationship with the manufacturers, we may be able to have one of the manufacturers where you maintain a credit account in good standing process the entire order on your existing account (including products from other manufacturers). This will be approved on an order by order basis.

Local delivery is available Monday – Friday during regular business hours.
An email will be sent when your order is processed with a date and time for the delivery. You must ensure safe access for the delivery and all required equipment and personnel are available as most products require handling equipment to unload.
After hours delivery can be scheduled in advance if required, please call or email to make arrangements.
Please note that due to the vast number of products offered, your local warehouse may not have enough stock at the time of order. Upon receipt of your order, we will notify you of any stock shortages for the local warehouse and advise the lead time for the back ordered items. Typically, the lead times will be less than 1 week if the products are in stock at other locations.
Deliveries will be sent once all products are in stock at the local warehouse. However, split deliveries can be arranged upon request.

Orders will typically be grouped together and sent out for delivery every 2 weeks. If your order is a full truck load, it will usually be sent out in less than 1 week. If you require expedited delivery, please contact us immediately.
